Overview

Templates allow you to save frequently used messages for quick reuse in single messages, bulk campaigns, and automation workflows.

Creating a Template

  1. Navigate to Templates

    Click on "Templates" from the Messaging menu.

  2. Click "New Template"

    Click the "Create New Template" button.

  3. Enter Template Name

    Give your template a descriptive name for easy identification.

  4. Compose Message

    Write your message content and add any media attachments.

  5. Add Variables (Optional)

  6. Save Template
